How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

Each product is accompanied by its own designated shipping charge, which is stated separately. In the case of ordering multiple products, the program seamlessly computes the cumulative total of the individual shipping charges.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

 Orders will be promptly dispatched within two business days from the date the order is placed, with the exception of Abayas which will be dispatched on the 4th or 5th working day following the placement of the order. Delivery times for India range from 5 to 7 working days, while for the Rest of the World it may take between 4 to 12 working days. Please rest assured that all orders will be diligently delivered to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you believe you received the product in bad condition, or if the packaging was tampered with or damaged before delivery, please decline to accept the box and return it to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a fresh new replacement is provided to you at no additional cost. When returning the product, please keep the original product tag and package intact.
