Cancellation Policy

We try to process orders quickly so you receive them on time. Cancellations are possible only in limited cases, depending on order status. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

When can you cancel an order?

  • Before Dispatch
    You can request cancellation only if the order has not been packed/dispatched.
  • Within a short window after placing order
    Because we process orders quickly, cancellation requests must be raised as soon as possible.
Once shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment is dispatched. In such cases, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy (replacement only for wrong/defective items; no refunds).
Note: For bulk/high-value orders or orders with address issues, our team may contact you for confirmation before shipping.
Can I cancel after the order is shipped?
No. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please do not refuse delivery unless support instructs you, as it can delay resolution and incur courier charges.
Do you provide refunds on cancellation?
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, we will process it as per the payment method. If your store policy is “no refunds”, keep this line consistent with your payment flow. (If you want, I can edit this section to match your exact rule.)

How to cancel your order (Step-by-step)

    Contact support immediately
    Send your Order ID and request cancellation as soon as possible after placing the order.

    We check order status
    If the order is still in processing/unshipped stage, it can be cancelled. If already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

    Confirmation message
    Once approved, we’ll confirm cancellation via WhatsApp/SMS/email (as applicable).
  • 4
    Payment handling (if applicable)
    If prepaid and cancellation is approved before dispatch, payment handling is done as per your store rules and gateway timelines.
Important: If you entered a wrong address/phone number, contact support immediately so we can try updating details before dispatch.

When cancellation may be rejected

  • Order is already packed / dispatched / shipped.
  • Courier pickup is already scheduled or handed over.
  • Customer requests cancellation after multiple confirmation attempts.
Please note: Refusing delivery is not treated as cancellation. It may result in courier charges and delay in future support.
