Yes. We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Delivery within India usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship outside India?
Yes. We offer international shipping. International orders are paid and charges depend on the destination and order weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared via SMS/email (if available).

Returns Exchange & Replacement
Do you accept returns?
We support replacement/exchange requests within 24 hours only in specific cases.
We do not offer refunds.
When is replacement accepted?
Replacement is accepted only for:
(1) Wrong product received or (2) Manufacturing defect/damaged product (subject to verification).
Is there a refund option?
No. We follow a No Refund policy. Approved cases are eligible for replacement only.
What proof is required for replacement?
Please share clear photos/video showing the product issue and packaging label.
Unboxing video (if available) helps quicker approval.
Can I exchange for size/fit issues?
No. Size exchanges are not supported. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Cancellation Order Changes
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How do I request cancellation?
Contact support immediately with your Order ID. If the order is still unshipped, we’ll confirm cancellation.
Can I change address/phone number?
If your order is not dispatched, we may be able to update details. Contact support as soon as possible.
