Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product received in defective or damaged condition

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and delivered.

Approved returns will be replaced with the same or similar product (subject to availability).

How to Request Replacement

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Share clear images/videos of the issue.

3. Provide your Order ID and contact details.

4. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
For COD orders, refusal at delivery does not qualify as a return. Please place orders carefully.
